Good vibes, but not perfect!

I spent 5 nights in a king room. The location's awesome, with tons to explore! The lobby's pretty, and I loved the bar area. But, the front desk staff had hits and misses. Some were super friendly, while others barely said a word. One night, my room got super hot, and the AC wasn’t fixed in time.

The hotel features a lovely lobby and a great location near outdoor trails, making it convenient for leisurely walks. Staff service was a standout, particularly one employee at the front desk, always approachable and helpful. However, the room had issues. the shower was dangerously slippery and it took too long for hot water to arrive. In addition, noise from renovations affected the experience.

Had a great overnight stay! The remodeled rooms were super comfortable, and I loved the tasty food at the on-site restaurant. Plus, the beautiful views made everything better!

The location offers easy access to outdoor trails, which is a plus. Check-in was smooth, but the room initially felt like a dungeon until it was changed. Although the staff varied in attentiveness, one front desk employee was genuinely welcoming and helpful. However, the absence of breakfast options was disappointing, especially given the hotel's impending closure for transformation into an apartment building.

Clean rooms and a convenient location for shopping and routes made this an acceptable stay. However, the bathroom design was cramped for one, making it difficult to shower comfortably. There's no microwave in the room, and the absence of breakfast options made mornings challenging. On a positive note, the onsite restaurant had good fries, and homemade ice cream was a delightful end to my meals.

I stayed here for 5 nights, and the location was great. There were so many things to do and see nearby. Haley at the front desk was really friendly and helpful, always acknowledging us with a smile. The lobby looked beautiful too. However, the room needed some updates. The orange footrest had tears, and the remote control was filthy. I brought Clorox wipes, and it took three wipes to get it clean. It was a bit disappointing, especially considering the price we paid. The amenities were still nice, and the bed was very comfortable. Hopefully, they’ll address these cleanliness issues soon.

This was just an optimal selection for a weekend adventure in Phoenix with attractive and competitive value for money. The bartender was terrific, making it a pleasure to unwind after a long day. Make sure to check if your room has everything in working order before settling in.

We loved how close the hotel was to Arizona Mills and other attractions, making it easy for our large family to enjoy shopping and activities. The fitness center had everything we needed for a good workout, and we appreciated the beautiful lobby.

The Four Points By Sheraton Phoenix South Mountain has a lovely and inviting lobby, which was easy to navigate. The guest rooms are designed with comfort in mind for seniors, offering ample space and convenient amenities for a relaxing stay.

Need more senior-friendly dining options.

The room was clean and spacious during my stay, perfect for a couple traveling with kids. We left for breakfast, but when we returned, our door was ajar. It was unsettling to think someone had been in our room. Thankfully, nothing was taken. Overall, the experience left us feeling uncomfortable.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the clean pool and nice gym that kept me active. The room was huge and comfortable, which made relaxing easy, but I did wish there were more trash cans around. Overall, I had a great time and would definitely recommend checking it out! 😊
